Customers may cancel their AgentVerify subscription at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Access ordinarily remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Because AgentVerify provides digital API access, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided or usage has occurred.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a billing error, or have another exceptional billing issue, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
