AgentVerify currently focuses on Texas small-business verification, with deeper official-source support for selected plumbing and electrical workflows. Coverage varies by business category, geography, source availability, and website accessibility.
AgentVerify provides evidence-based verification signals. It does not certify a business, guarantee trustworthiness, or replace legal, regulatory, financial, safety, or professional due diligence.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Because AgentVerify provides digital API access, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided or usage has occurred. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing problem, contact txagentverify@yahoo.com so we can review the issue.
AgentVerify processes business information submitted for verification, API authentication data, request usage, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service. We do not sell customer API keys or intentionally publish private authentication credentials. Customers should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.
AgentVerify is provided on a beta basis and may change as coverage and sources evolve. Customers are responsible for lawful use of the service and for independently evaluating decisions made using AgentVerify results. API keys must be kept confidential and may not be publicly shared. Abuse, unlawful use, or attempts to circumvent service limits may result in suspension.
